The ground floor—or what they refer to as the “forest floor”—hosts Pasque restaurant where diners can savor fresh seasonal dishes amidst warm wooden tones. As part of their extensive sustainability efforts, more than 70,000 trees have been planted in Gunnison County with plans for an additional tree planted for every night booked at the hotel.
