Currently, when users search for “Adam Driver‌ Megalopolis” ⁢on‌ platforms ​like Instagram or Facebook, they are met with an alarming message stating, “Child sexual abuse is illegal,”‌ rather than content related to Francis Ford Coppola’s new film.

This peculiar situation was highlighted ‌in a recent post‌ on X, and as of today, the same warning appears during my searches. The reason behind this‌ anomaly remains unclear. It does not appear to be linked ​to any recent moderation issues‌ with Threads nor are there any significant⁢ news updates regarding Megalopolis or its lead actor that could explain this.

Content Moderation Challenges

It seems that Facebook and Instagram⁤ have implemented restrictions on searches containing the terms “mega” and “drive.” I encountered this issue specifically when ⁣searching⁣ for those two words together; however, it did not occur when ​I searched them separately.
